Does SuperRecords offer a free trial?

We offer a free 30-minute demo so you can see for yourself how our services can improve your efficiency and profitability. Our service model is designed to minimise any waste, so you’re only charged for the completed jobs that you chose to delegate to us. You can book your demo here.

How much does SuperRecords services cost?

We charge a fixed fee per job completed on your behalf with extra discounts for work volume. Typically, our fees are at least 50% less than a local resource and work can be scaled up and down as per your requirements.
Example: SMSF Administration services start from as little as $250 per fund per year.

How does SuperRecords keep my data safe?

We are ISO27001 certified, and any data shared with us is managed within those stringent frameworks.

How can I be sure the quality of SuperRecords work will be up to my standards?

All our employees are subject to rigorous and ongoing training with our custom-built learning management system to ensure they are up-to-date with all regulatory requirements.

We also employ our own RG-146 certified reviewers and all work is checked by our internal reviewers before being shared with you for final review.

How do I communicate with my dedicated SuperRecords team?

All SuperRecords clients have access to their own real time workflow portal enabling real time communication, job transparency and complete visibility over the status of every task outsourced to us.

What software can SuperRecords use?

Our team are technology experts and have experience with Class, BGL, SuperMate, Xero, MYOB, Adviser Logic, Xplan, COIN, Midwinter and Plutosoft.

We also have our own dedicated Centre for Excellence which focuses on process automation (including Robotic Process Automation) and optimum use of the technology and tools available.

What is involved in implementation?

We pride ourselves on our simple and fast implementation. There is no adoption of new software, and we have the people power and technology ready to start as soon as you are. We’ll provide a short training session on how to use our initiative Workflow Portal, then you’re ready to start delegating work.
